HBO's The Last Of Us Gets Shut Out At Golden Globes

After receiving three nominations, HBO’s The Last of Us failed to win any awards at The Golden Globes over the weekend. The critically acclaimed show came up short in all of its categories to Succession.

The Last of Us was nominated for best TV series (drama), best performance by a male actor in a TV drama (Pedro Pascal), and best performance by a female actor in a TV drama (Bella Ramsey). The Hollywood Reporter notes Succession ended up winning best drama TV series, with the show’s Kieran Culkin and Sarah Snook beating out Pascal and Ramsey, respectively. In fact, Variety posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) that Culkin playfully told Pascal to “suck it.”
